Privacy, in plain language.

What we keep, why we keep it, and who else sees it. Updated October 27, 2026.

The waitlist

When you join, we keep your email address, the invite code we make for you, the code of the friend who invited you if there was one, where you came from (the site that linked you, or the campaign in the link), and your answer if you tell us which agent you use.

We use these only to send you Moodfile updates and to keep your place in line. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or rent your email to anyone.

On this site

After you join, your browser keeps your invite code, so a return visit shows your place instead of the form. For the length of a visit it also keeps who referred you and where you came from, so that joining from a later page still counts them. You can clear both by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Payments

Founding spots are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles your card and sends your receipt; we never see your card number. Reply to that receipt any time before launch for a full refund.

The app

Your references are stored in a private cloud library tied to your account, which is how they sync across your Macs and how your agents reach them. Only you and the agents you connect can read them. Each image is sent to a vision model once so it can be tagged.
